Why I Started PETOH

I’ve spent years rescuing and fostering animals — from abandoned cats to injured ducks, and even the occasional farm or exotic animal. Along the way, I realized how difficult it can be to find reliable, complete, and up-to-date information on how to properly care for different kinds of pets.

Most resources focused only on dogs and cats, while very few offered real guidance for birds, small pets, farm animals, or exotic companions.

That’s why I created PETOH — a place where every pet owner can find trusted, easy-to-understand advice and inspiring real-life rescue stories, all in one convenient space.

Fred’s Journey to Recovery


Fred, a gentle donkey, was found one evening struggling after his leg got stuck in a fence, leaving a deep wound. With patience, daily care, and the help of our kind veterinarian friend, Fred has made a wonderful recovery and is now back on his feet — calmer, stronger, and loved.
